In support of homogeneity - Christopher Arkwright

Why are we so scared of dystopia?

Would you even know

If you were one of

Them?

And everyone

The great collective.

So do you believe

That the collective cannot contain

Your own consciousness?

And everyone else is simply

A different expression

Of you?

We all imagine

Streams of grey suits

Marching even step

To their offices

But that’s not you

That’ll never be you!

I know it

You love your freedom

So go and be your unique self

Put on your light blue shirt and red socks

Walk to a nice spot in a clearing

And write something creative

Ignore the fields of light blue

Speckled with red

That stretch

Out in front of you

Your individuality matters
